In the summer of 2013, I started playing around with the (back then) new Marmoset Skyshop plugin for Unity 4. I was intrigued by the quality of its realtime PBR, so as a demo project I created a camera lens. Now, three years later, WebGL has matured enough to be able to achieve the same level of quality that Skyshop had. So, after blowing the proverbial dust off of the model, I had a go at setting up the same scene in Playcanvas.

Make sure you test it on both desktop and mobile devices – it’s pretty neat that it’s cross-platform.
