A real estate company approached Animech, and explained that they wanted to take their sale process to the next level. They wanted to visualize a large number of apartments and therefore needed a configurator. To show the visual quality we could offer, we began by creating a pitch. In it, we presented different technological approaches we could take — from rendered images to real-time WebGL.
In this post, all images are rendered in V-Ray (except the comparison image at the bottom). Post processing was done in After Effects. I was responsible for all visual work in this project.
